  • This was a Teams video interview with a captain from ORD. There was supposed to be an HR rep as well, but they weren't able to attend. So, the captain conducted both portions of the interview. Started with introductions. The captain told of his background and time at GoJet. Then asked how I got into aviation and what is my background and flying experience. Very conversational and low stress. Then asked the standard required questions of criminal background, check ride failures, have I been fired or asked to leave training. Then started HR portion: asked if there was a time I helped the flight attendant with an unruly passenger, how did I handle it. Asked about conflicts in the...

My interview with GoJet was very straightforward and closely aligned with the guidance on their website. There was a HR rep and a GoJet captain conducting the interview. The process began with a short slideshow presentation (about 5-10 minutes) covering company information, pay, and benefits along with rough estimated timeline on when Indoc and training will start. Following that, each candidate was asked to introduce themselves and provide some background. From there, the interview...

Just like described on this site. I was offered an interview and took the first open slot - nearly two months away. In the interim, used this site for study and submitted docs (certs, times, logbook pages, lor) online. Interview was over teams and around 45 min. Started with intro, then hr, then tech. Received cjo the day after. Didn't get a single question I didn't already see on this...

The interview process was very similar to that outlined on this website. Once I logged into the meeting, the HR representative and the pilot both introduced themselves. The pilot then muted her mic and turned her camera off for the HR portion. During that, I was given a brief presentation about the company (pay, benefits, bases, airplane, etc.). Once that was concluded, I answered a series of yes/no questions about my background (driving, criminal, drug/alcohol, etc.). Then I was asked a...

Everything that was asked was HR wise was on here. So study those questions. For my technical portion I was asked to brief a lido plate and a TAF and if I needed an alternate. The technical scenario question I was given was: what would you do if your captain was on a visual approach but half deflected. After saying something he still wasnâ??t on fully on course, what would you...

The interview was almost exactly as described on this website. It began with a ~5-minute presentation on the company's pay and benefits. Next, answered several yes/no legal questions. After this, we moved on to the HR portion. I was asked questions.  After this, we moved on to the technical portion. First, we looked at a dispatch release and discussed the differences between CDL/MEL. Then, decoded METAR/TAF and determined if a destination alternate is required. Briefed an approach plate...

My interview was very laid-back and closely aligned with the examples provided on GoJet’s website. We began with a slideshow presentation, followed by brief introductions and background information. From there, I was asked a series of yes-or-no questions regarding my criminal background, checkride history, eligibility to work in the U.S., and similar topics. The process then transitioned into the HR portion, where I was asked questions such as: “Why GoJet?”, “Tell me...

My interview was different. I only did the HR portion and I’m waiting on the technical part. The HR interview was really short — they just asked if I had any checkride failures and asked about my work experience-why GoJet - are you in Aviate program she said they’ll reach out to me for the technical...

The interview was was on time and smooth. Myrna was super friendly and made it feel like just a normal conversation. She just wanted to know about you as a person and decisions you’d make. Why Gojet, what they can do better for recruiting, and a few tell me about a time when questions from the study guide. The technical portion was all here on the study guide as well. When asked about any of the technical just take your time, they aren’t rushing...

The interview was exactly like the website said. Started off with a 5 minute intro power point going over pay, benefits, etc. They ask you to introduce yourself then start with the HR portion. I was asked about any check ride failures. "Tell me about a time" questions. Tell me about a time when you offered good customer service. Tell me about a time you had to take over during a flight. Tell me about a time when you had to speak up because someone was doing something unsafe, etc....

  11. I used it prior to my interview. It gave me great insight.
