I had a great interview experience with Envoy. They did a fantastic job conducting the whole interview process and everyone there was welcoming and friendly. I do believe that if they have called you in for an interview they are planning on offering you the job and it is truly yours to lose. With that being said however, I would highly recommend preparing like it was a checkride or a major airline interview. Show up well dressed (nothing too flashy) and conduct yourself like anyone you meet in the building could decide whether you get hired or not (be professional). For HR I and the technical I used the study guide from this website which was very accurate as to what they ask you (especially the first 100 questions). I also studied the Jepp user guide. I would also recommend practicing briefing Jepp plates in order of a flight. for example: start at ORD, read METAR/TAF (do you need alternate) brief taxi route, hotspots LAHSO, takeoff mins etc, then brief the SID, then enroute chart, MORA, MOCA, MEA, etc, then STAR...

Great experience overall the only thing missing was the job offer. I answered everything correctly during the technical and the HR seemed pretty straight forward. Everything seemed like a breeze. First group called in was 4. I was the second pulled out and was told I did not pass the interview. Not sure what went wrong. 5 remained behind so unsure of total offered but if I had to guess just my group didnâ??t make it through. 5/9 made it? Gouge is accurate and the burrito was... -

The Envoy pilot interview day begins in the hotel lobby, where you should be ready 30 minutes before the shuttle departsâ??your interview starts here. This is not the time to bury yourself in study notes; instead, start engaging with the other candidates, because the recruiters want to see if youâ??re personable and someone they could spend a multi-day trip with. The shuttle takes you to Envoy HQ, where youâ??ll enter a waiting room to have your documents checked and order breakfast, and... -

As everyone else has said, if you read these reports & study the questions, you'll be fine! Know your Jepp stuff thoroughly and be pleasant to spend a 4 day trip with. Breakfast burrito was delicious as most have reported, highly recommend. We had a group of 9 applicants, 7 of us got the job. We did have an HR employee ride the shuttle to HQ with us but we didn't know that til we got to HQ, so be aware of that. Get to know the group you're with, it'll help ease the tension! Also don't be... -

Everything on the study guide was spot on. Interview consisting of HR and technical lasted 25-30 minutes and compiled by Envoy pilot and HR rep. The BIG thing is at the end they will separate you into two groups. These groups are not specific to those who got the job or not, they just had to divide us to then notify who received CJOs which was a mix between the two groups. Study smart, be yourself, and relax. Good... -

This website was right on the money for pretty much everything. I did have a couple that I havenâ??t seen on here much recently and one odd ball question. (view the study guide of this website). KBOS Airport diagram, KORD SID, KRNO STAR, ILS into KRNO, I think I had 5 HR questions all of which were on this site. 6/8 of us got offers (5 FO, 1 cadet), 1 cadet and 1 FO didnâ??t get an offer. Sounds like up to 30 days for drug test, background check and a captain review board then... -

This interview prep was spot on. I made flash cards for technical questions and was very prepared for execution. They gave a bunch of Metars, answered three or so correctly then they whipped out a six line Metar with lots of significant weather. I told them the items I knew, and told them the things I would have to get back to them on. I did not try to guess or BS them. They also got me on the "we break out and see the PAPI lights on the left". I said "great lets land"... -

I know how frustrating it can be to read the same thing again and again on these recaps. Be yourself and you'll be fine, study the gouge and you'll be prepared, they wouldn't be flying you out there if they weren't interested etc. but its absolutely true. The folks at Envoy really did such an incredible job making a pretty stressful day as stress free as they could. The day starts out early, try to get some good rest, that last little bit of studying isn't going to be the thing that makes or...
