Started with a phone call out of the blue from a recruiter to schedule a phone screening. A week later the phone screening happened where we get HR housekeeping questions out of the way then some of these: Why do you want to work at Endeavor Air? Tell me about your checkride failures. We scheduled an in-person interview in the same call. I was flown out to MSY...

Pretty straightforward interview process- company presentation, HR-TMAAT, rapid fire, approach plates. Absolutely memorize the 300 + questions and answers here, thatâ??s all you need to prep for the rapid fire. Also go through some tough METAR and TAF reports and brush up on your decoding skills, along with reading an approach plate and plate... -

Was flown out to Minneapolis the day before the interview. Took a shuttle to the interview location the morning of interview from my hotel. Once I was there they took all of my documents to go and make copies, while I was given a presentation of the company and their benefits, starting pay, etc. After the presentation, I was taken to a room with a table and around 5 seats. I sat in there for around 45 minutes to an hour and then an HR representative and two first officers, the same that... -

The whole process was straight forward. It started with a presentation about the company followed by any questions. During the presentation, a review of your logbook and all documents was conducted by HR. After the presentation, came the interview. The interview started off with introductions from HR and both FO's. They asked if you're familiar with the STAR method for answering TMAAT questions. The interview started off with background intro with questions consisting of what got you into... -

The interview process was straightforward and well-structured. It began with introductions followed by a review of my training background, flight experience, and logbook. The panel asked clarifying questions about certain entries and endorsements to get a better sense of my progression as a pilot. From there, we moved into the HR portion, which consisted of several “Tell Me About a Time” (TMAAT) questions. I made sure to answer each in the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action,... -

Canâ??t say anything about the interview that isnâ??t already in here. Great site to prepare, so use it to study. Make sure your TMAATs highlight you and their values as I believe thatâ??s where they make their decisions. Technical is straight forward. Good... -

The interview process was very similar to the ones described on this website. Began with a phone screening a few weeks before the actual interview. The screening talked briefly about flight hours, my background, and why Endeavor. Then, a few weeks later, the in-person interview. I was flown out to Minnesota and went for my interview the next morning. Started with a document review check, then a presentation about Endeavor with some personal backstory from the pilots, where you can ask... -

Interview was pretty straight forward. I was flown out to MSP the day before and took the shuttle from the hotel to the recruiting center the following morning. The process began with a short presentation on the airline itself. While we were in the presentation another recruiter was reviewing our logbooks. I was then sent out to the waiting area and called in about an hour later, after another candidate had interviewed. They broke the meeting down into 3 parts; 3 behavioral questions, 12... -

All the reviews about the debriefs section were spot on. The interview team was very friendly and welcoming, clearly focused on helping candidates feel comfortable throughout the process. The interview began with introductions, followed by several HR-style “tell me about a time when...” questions. After that, they presented a scenario where the captain wasn’t present for a flight and the on-call captain was significantly delayed. I was asked how I would handle that... -

AvaitionInterviews did a great job having everything needing to know for the interview. It all started with a presentation then went into the interview after that. Interview was laid out exactly how it’s laid out on the interview guide they send you. Started with tell my about yourself, why Endeavor. Then TMAAT questions. Only 3 were given. Once that was completed went into rapid fired technical questions that were super straight forward not trying to trick you. Taf, alternate,... -

The interview was exactly as described on here—very conversational and relaxed, with the interviewers treating me like a future colleague. It started with a few HR questions and then moved into rapid-fire technical questions, all of which are covered in the prep guides. I briefed an approach plate normally, and they asked a few follow-ups like what the MSA is based on and anything else to be cautious of (simultaneous approaches are authorized). For the weather portion, they gave a...
