Interview Experiences From Piedmont Airlines Pilot Interviews :

  1. 1.  (Feb 27, 2025) I was called for a phone screening in the first month of the year, and had my interview last month. They fly you out to Charlotte the night before and put you in a hotel. The interview is the next morning in the hotel conference room. You drop off your logbooks and wait outside. Then, they start with a presentation about the airline and benefits and then call you back one by one to do your interview with one HR person and one recruiter/pilot. The HR last asked me questions, (view the study... Continue reading this interview experience..

Study Guide Questions for Your Piedmont Airlines Interview:

  1. 1. (May 30, 2025) Tell about a time you had a conflict in the aircraft.
    • Luckily, I haven't had many conflicts in an aircraft. The only conflict I can think of is this one time when I was flying a King Air. I had dropped some passengers off and was on the way back home when some weather popped up. I decided that I was going to stop at a different airport and my copilot did not agree with that because "he wanted to get home ASAP." Since I was in charge, we stopped. When on the ground, I went over why I made that decision and he understood after seeing that the weather had gotten even worse. We spent a couple hours on the ground and grabbed some food and then got the plane back home so the trip was now a success.
